At Sakura Fuji Performance, we stand behind the quality of our fabrication parts. However, we understand that sometimes a part may not fit your specific project. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused and Unmodified: Parts that have been cut, welded, painted, bent, or installed cannot be returned.

Original Packaging: Items must be in the original clear packaging or box.

Clean: Silicone hoses must be free of grease, oil, or dirt.
2. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Custom-cut lengths of tubing or hose.

Special order items (non-stock).

Gift cards.

Clearance or "Final Sale" items.
3. Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Item Sent: If we sent you the wrong part or the item arrived damaged, Sakura Fuji Performance will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement immediately.

Change of Mind / Ordered Wrong Size: If you ordered the wrong size (e.g., ordered 3.0" but needed 2.5"), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. How to Start a Return To start a return, you can contact us at sales@sakurafujiusa.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Restocking Fee We generally do not charge a restocking fee. However, for large orders or items returned without original packaging, a 15% restocking fee may apply to cover repackaging and handling.
6. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
7. Damaged upon Arrival Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
